Successful relationship between SAP and RSM McGladrey continued

NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa. and BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – May 09, 2006 – RSM McGladrey and SAP America, Inc., a subsidiary of SAP AG (NYSE: SAP), today announced the addition of SAP® Business One, an affordable and easy-to-use integrated software solution for small and midsize enterprises, to RSM McGladrey’s Central Plains and Upper Midwest regions. These regions join the New York practice – which became part of RSM McGladrey as a result of the company’s acquisition of American Express Tax and Business Services in 2005 – in offering SAP Business One software and implementation services through 16 offices in the United States.

The agreement between the two companies provides continuity to a relationship begun in 2003 when American Express Tax and Business Services served as a key partner in the launch of SAP Business One in the US.

RSM McGladrey is adding SAP Business One to its portfolio of ERP software solutions, which includes solutions from Microsoft and Sage to offer its clients the widest range of middle-market focused products of any major value-added reseller in the United States.

Following the rollout of SAP Business One to the Central Plains (Iowa, Nebraska and Missouri) and Upper Midwest (Minnesota, Wisconsin and the Dakotas) regions, RSM McGladrey intends to add SAP Business One capabilities to other markets in 2006 and 2007.
