Raise the Bar for Mobility and Consulting Productivity
Time is money when it comes to sales. So, it should come as no surprise that sales and service teams working together in the same system, using the same information in a collaborative working environment, with a 360 degree view of customers, projects and receivables saves sales teams’ valuable time and money. This week, FinancialForce.com announced the Winter ’13 release of FinancialForce PSA, a cloud-based solution that transforms how professional services organizations sell, resource, and deliver professional services projects. The new release adds time saving capabilities such as mobile expenses and automated project status reporting, allowing consultants to focus on the most important tasks at-hand – service and satisfaction.
Mobile expense entry enables users to submit and track their expenses on their Android device, iPhone or iPad, taking photos of receipts and attaching them immediately to expenses. Once submitted, expenses are immediately available to services for client billing and accounting for employee reimbursement.

With everything centralized, PS professionals can access all the information they need to collaborate on the road, including via Salesforce Chatter, while getting their timecards and expenses entered anywhere, anytime.
Hopefully allowing the sales team the opportunity to do what is universally dreaded–the expense report–via a mobile phone or device will be less time consuming, freeing up time for the sales team time to do what they do best—sell!
