Omniture, Inc. (Omniture), incorporated in August 1999, is a provider of online business optimization software. The Company’s software is used by customers to manage and enhance online, offline and multi-channel business initiatives.

Omniture’s online business optimization software, which it hosts and delivers to its customers on-demand, consists of SiteCatalyst, its flagship service, and its Omniture Data Warehouse, Omniture Discover OnDemand, Omniture Genesis, Omniture SearchCenter, Omniture Test&Target, Omniture SiteSearch, Omniture Publish services and its Omniture Discover OnPremise software. These services enable the company’s customers to capture, store and analyze information generated by their Websites and other sources, and to gain business insights into the performance and efficiency of marketing and sales initiatives and other business processes. Omniture’s services provide customers with real-time access to online business information, the ability to generate reports using real-time and historic information, and the ability to measure, automate and optimize online processes. Omniture also offers a range of professional services that complement its online business optimization services, including implementation services, best practices, consulting services and user training provided through Omniture University.

In January 2008, Omniture announced the completion of its acquisition of Visual Sciences, Inc. In January 2007, the company acquired Instadia, a European enterprise Web analytics provider. In March 2007, the company acquired Touch Clarity Limited (Touch Clarity), a provider of enterprise, on-demand, automated onsite behavioral targeting and optimization solutions, based in London, England. In December 2007, Omniture completed the acquisition of privately held Offermatica, a provider of on-demand testing and targeting.

Omniture has over 4,400 customers, including America Online, Apple, British Telecom, Comcast, Disney, eBay, Expedia, Ford Motor Company, Gannett, General Electric, Hewlett-Packard, Major League Baseball, Microsoft, Nextel, Rakuten, Sony and Telstra.

During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company’s on-demand services captured data from over 2.2 trillion transactions for its customers.
