R.H. Donnelley Announces Agreement with Amdocs to Upgrade and Modernize Systems

CARY, NC and ST. LOUIS, MO – January 5, 2005 — R.H. Donnelley Corporation (NYSE:RHD), a leading yellow pages publisher and directional media company, and Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), the world’s leading provider of billing, CRM and advertising systems for true integrated customer management, today announced an agreement that calls for Amdocs to upgrade and modernize RHD systems with Amdocs’ iGen Platform, an integrated, web-based customer-centric suite of business applications.
The agreement also extends RHD’s managed services agreement with Amdocs through 2009, including day-to-day data center operations and ongoing programming support. Implementation of the Amdocs iGen system is targeted for the first half of 2006.
