ATLANTA, April 02, 2007â€” CDC Software, a wholly owned subsidiary of CDC Corporation (NASDAQ: CHINA) and a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software applications and consulting services, today announced that its Pivotal 5.9 CRM software suite has been named by ISM Inc., a premier CRM consulting firm, as one of the &#8220;Top 15&#8243; CRM software packages for 2007. For the 11th consecutive year, Pivotal will appear on the prestigious listing and will be featured in ISM&#8217;s 15th edition of The Guide to CRM Automation (www.ismguide.com).</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>BEIJING, March 21, 2007â€” CDC Software, a wholly owned subsidiary of CDC Corporation (NASDAQ: CHINA) and a provider of enterprise software applications, announced today that RS Components Hong Kong, part of Electrocomponents PLC, has selected he Pivotal suite of CRM applications for its 14 offices throughout the Asia Pacific area, including its seven offices in China.</p>
<p>RS will be using Pivotal CRM to manage and track customer services including: contact and activity management; telesales and sales account planning; account territory alignments and scorecard tracking; as well as tracking visits to customers and prospects. The company will also be marketing and distributing its trade catalogues and comparing customers and prospects data to their customer marketing management lifecycle data using the Pivotal application. The Pivotal CRM application easily allows for bi-directional integration of contacts between Pivotal and the legacy ERP system used by RS Components.</p>

ATLANTA, February 20, 2007â€” CDC Software, a wholly owned subsidiary of CDC Corporation (NASDAQ: CHINA) and a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software applications and consulting services, announced today that its Pivotal MarketFirst marketing automation and lead generation solution has saved Sharp Electronics Manufacturing Corporation of America more than $1.6 million in operating costs. </p>
<p>Pivotal MarketFirst has significantly improved the effectiveness of Sharp&#8217;s marketing and lead generation processes, while reducing the cost per lead through automation and shifting from print advertising to web-based and email campaigns. </p>
<p>Sharp Electronics informed CDC that it has seen significant results since implementing Pivotal MarketFirst including: </p>
<p>Reducing cost per lead from $76 to $8;<br />
Saving $420,000 over four years by reducing advertising agency fees by using Pivotal MarketFirst to automate tasks that the agency was performing manually;<br />
Labor savings of $70,000 annually due to MarketFirst&#8217;s automatic lead assignment capabilities;<br />
Additional labor savings of more than $17,000 annually due to MarketFirst&#8217;s automatic lead response emailing capabilities.<br />
Sharp Electronics currently uses MarketFirst for automated lead capture and rankings from its Website, phone calls, trade shows, events, and inbound and outbound telemarketing; lead qualification and dissemination. <p>New customers that recently selected Pivotal CRM for Homebuilding and Real Estate include: Bonita Bay Group, a Bonita Springs, Fla-based real estate development company; Frontier Communities LLC (Frontier Living), a Denver, Col.-based homebuilder; Intracorp Projects Ltd, a Vancouver, British Columbia-based real estate company; M/I Homes Inc., a Columbus, Ohio-based homebuilder, Newland Communities, a San Diego-based masterplanned community developer.; Schumacher Homes, a Canton, Ohio-based homebuilder; and Southern Homes, LLC., a Miami-based homebuilder.</p>

BEIJING, ATLANTA, February 01, 2007â€” CDC Software, a wholly owned subsidiary of CDC Corporation (NASDAQ: CHINA) and a provider of enterprise software applications and services, today announced it has appointed two board members to positions in corporate governance as part of its preparation for CDC Corporation&#8217;s potential carve-out of CDC Software.</p>
<p>John Clough, vice chairman for CDC Software&#8217;s Board of Directors, will serve as chairman of the Audit Committee and will oversee the company&#8217;s audit and financial reporting processes, internal controls and risk management systems. Tom Manning will serve as chairman of the Compensation Committee and assist the Board in reviewing and approving executives and directors&#8217; compensation and supervise the administration of the company&#8217;s equity incentive plans. </p>
<p>As vice chairman of the Board for CDC Software, John Clough helps guide corporate strategy and company growth, focusing on the expansion of global sales channels. Mr. Clough is also a board member and chairman of the executive committee for CDC Corporation and serves as a special advisor to General Atlantic LLC.Mr. Clough brings significant enterprise software and entrepreneurial experience to CDC Software. He was a co-founder and managing director of the CSSL Group, one of the largest mid-range application software distributors and hardware resellers in Asia and Australasia. Prior to the CSSL Group, he held the position of General Manager of JBA in Asia, an Australia-based worldwide mid-range software distributor.</p>
<p>Tom Manning has long been recognized as a leading figure in information technology in Asia. He served as a director of Bain &amp; Company and was one of their most visible senior partners directing their information technology and technology strategy practice in Silicon Valley and Asia. He previously served as global managing director at Cap Gemini Ernst &amp; Young, where he had responsibility for one of the three lines of the firm&#8217;s business. He has served as the chairman and CEO of both Cap Gemini Ernst &amp; Young, Asia Pacific and Ernst &amp; Young Consulting in Asia Pacific. He also is an independent director of Asiainfo, a leading IT services firm in China and a NASDAQ-listed company, and an independent non-executive director of China&#8217;s fifth largest bank, the Bank of Communication, which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (SEHK: 3328).</p>
