		<description>While upgrading or implementing anew can be expensive, I always have clients keep in mind that if the develop a solid business case and plan for using CRM technology, the economic benefit(s) will usually expose huge returns on their investment. 

If they don&#039;t understand their customers and determine what data to collect, how to analyze it, how and when to shift tactics and then how to communicate with their customer...

They will always question whether there was a return, but will never no for sure that it was non-existent.</description>
