		<description>I would add that it is important to have a good CRM (and no, I was not paid to say that) and vital that the new sales person understands how to forecast their pipeline. This way their mentor can talk through opportunities with them and everyone is on the same page with respoct to expected sales outcome. Being able to talk about your pipeline intelligently is a prerequisite for growing as a sales person.
