When previously evaluating hosting systems we stumbled into the single tenant versus multi-tentant almost accidently before determining it was a significant factor in our decision making process. Because of our legacy system integration approach and our extreme need for information security, the single tentant model became a mandate for us. We&#039;ve been in our hosted CRM system for over a year now and have really enjoyed the experience.&lt;/p&gt;
