I'm guessing you actually mean SQL, or maybe MySQL or SQL servers? If so, pretty much all content management systems use SQL, and so are also deployable on SQL servers.

GoToMeeting is more for web conferencing, and GoToWebinar is Citrix's webinar solution. I think that Ashley probably meant to suggest GoToWebinar, which does have polling features.

As long as you can export your data to CSV or similar file format, it shouldn't be too difficult to transition to a new system. Also, many CRM providers will help you import your data, including Salesforce and SugarCRM.
