EFFECTIVE is a facilities and workplace management software solution that helps companies with space planning and management, move management, real-estate portfolio reporting and analysis and more. The platform allows users to use virtual floorplans, drag and drop seating charts, automated emails and move orders and real-time reports on cost and usage. Employee lists and floorplans can be uploaded and the platform features an automated API to keep the list updated.

Collaboration is possible with the visual layout. The integrated tools enable the creation of seating charts and planning future scenarios. Additionally, EFFECTIVE auto-sends notices in advanced to movers and employees. Users receive real-time updates from movers with the app to track to-dos, communicate issues and check off completed tasks. The portfolio view has a zoom feature which zooms in on a floor or out on a campus. Users can view occupancy rates, usage data and available spaces. The portfolio view allows the creation of threshold alerts for planning, sharing reports and visualization costs.
