Hirebridge is applicant tracking software designed to work as a modular system in order to enable users to include or exclude features and to design a hiring and recruiting processes customized to suite user- or company-specific workflows. The platform automates the recruiting and hiring processes, and provides tools for job requisition management, candidate searching, online career center and customer support.

The software is designed to track every step of the hiring processes from initial submission on, deposits and stores candidate resumes in corresponding job folders set up within the system, and enables users to assign status, stage and rank to each candidate. Additionally, the platform works as a hosted career site that integrates with existing websites and automatically updates any open job listings without requiring IT or webmaster assistance, as well as facilitates real-time job post creation and automatically submits published job postings to top search sites.
