Inflectra KronoDesk KronoDesk is a configurable help desk software solution that includes help desk ticketing, customer support forums and an online knowledge base. The solution is tailored to match the user’s customer support process by allowing users to set up custom fields, priorities, statuses, types, resolutions and workflows.

Customer dashboards provides a single view for knowledge base article, forum posts and open tickets, while support agents’ dashboards are for viewing assigned tickets, monitoring incoming posts and checking for new tickets. In addition, the platform intelligently integrates with email by auto-generating tickets and comments based on email content. The solution includes detailed reporting with a library of printable reports and visual graphs.
