About WebChart

WebChart is electronic health record software designed to be minimally invasive and to support existing user workflows. The platform is designed to be implemented incrementally and allows users to add functionality and users as necessary, as well as protects patient volumes and supports user productivity during the implementation process.

The software facilitates communication between physicians and patients, stores patient documents and data including encounter notes and lab results, and allows authorized users to access patient records in order to create tasks and orders. Additionally, the platform is designed to integrate with third-party hardware and software systems already in use, facilitates data exchanges with other providers’ EHR systems, and is equipped with patient portals and access to personal health records.
