About Nuiku

Nuiku is a mobile app designed to act as a virtual assistant to sales reps. After the app is installed on a mobile device, the program integrates with Salesforce so that the rep can pull up CRM information easily. During customer visits, reps can take down written or verbal notes and update data objects in Salesforce. The system can also process standard sales inquiries, such as the number of interactions a rep has had with a customer and the contact details for a lead. Lastly, Nuiku adapts to user behavior, allowing the product to preemptively display customer notes and details to users before they need to send manual inquiries.
