About HRMatrix

HRMatrix is HR management software that provides users a variety of HR functionalities including employee self-service tools, personnel profile and administrative tools, an applicant tracking system, and performance management tools. The software is equipped with employee dashboards that enable employees to view personal time sheets, expense reports and time off histories, enables users to manage and provide employee access to company information such as departments and designation, and assists HR managers with creating and posting job listings to both the company website and available job boards.

The software is equipped with employee goal and objective management tools, facilitates both esignature collection and handwritten signature collection, and is built with shift management tools including shift scheduling, swapping, pick-up and templates.
