The platform is equipped with employee and manager self-service functionality, allows managing users to determine who within the company has access to the HR system, and allows employees to manage and update personal and team information from any web-enabled location.

The software facilitates online open enrollment processes, transmits benefit enrollment changes made within the system directly to the benefit carrier, and provides access to 75+ standard reports such as federal compliance reports. Additionally, the platform automatically transfers any changes made directly into the related employee’s payroll, tracks workflow processes and sends alerts when approval is required or changes have been made, and is equipped with employee communication tools that enables management to communicate company news through an employee portal.
