Peoplefluent was formed by merging Waltham, Massachusetts based Authoria with Raleigh, North Carolina-based Peopleclick in January 2010. In 2011, Aquire, an industry pioneer in enterprise organizational charting and reporting, became a wholly owned operating subsidiary of Peoplefluent. In 2012, Strategia, a Canadian-based Learning Management Solutions company, and Socialtext, an enterprise social software company, were acquired by Peoplefluent.
