About Voya.ge Rentals Manager
Voya.ge Rentals Manager is an open source rental management software that tracks bookings, accounting and statistics. If connected to a Voya.ge listing feed or other CSV feed it updates itself and sends out rental confirmations and contracts automatically.
The software is built in JavaScript and runs in a Google app environment. The software is hosted directly on the the user’s Google Apps account. To run the app the user creates his own copy. The user can then select the languages he would like to correspond with clients in. He then uses the Google Drive editor to personalize the emails sent to renters.
Employee reports for cleaning, statistics for occupancy and revenue and income forecasts are all generated automatically in real time.
About Voya.ge
Voya.ge was founded and built by Canadian Vacation Rental owners. The bootstrapped startup launched an advertising website with a map based search engine in 2011. In 2012 they released an Open Source Booking management app for short term rentals. The founders are programmers and web designers and build the software themselves.
