Best CRM Solution with Accounting System Integration

After 15 years in online sales using software that was cobbled together (since no such suite existed in 1997) I want an absolutely complete system. I’m looking for website ordering that can be imported into the accounting system, calculating freight, sales tax in appropriate states, and a full general ledger which is updated daily as orders arrive and checks go out. I’m also looking for the ability to import over 475,000 existing customers and 40,000 products. We now require dynamic page capability.
Quickbooks cannot do this, is there an alternative out there?
