Most of the major BI vendors, including IBM, SAP, and QlikTech market their products specifically toward the chemical industry. Though I'm not sure what the specific breakdown of the market looks like.

Yes there are. Most of the big vendors offer cloud versions of their solutions--SAP, SAS, and Cognos for example. If you're looking for a small business soltuion you could consider Zoho Reports.
