I need a relatively simple CRM with a customer database that reminds me when a client’s next service is due. Can anyone help?
I honestly think almost every CRM has the capability of setting a reminder event on a contact or an opportunity. For example in our CRM system all I have to do is to create a task with a future date for a particular contact or/and account. When it gets close to that date, I will be reminded via email or when I log into the system that this task is coming due.
