We'd need to know a bit more about what sort of analytical tools a translation office/translator would have need for.

Unlike ERP there aren't a whole lot of BI systems optimized for very specific industries (yet), but the two general questions you'll want to know the answer to when asking around are "what kind of data do I have and want to analyze" and "What sort of actionable insights do I want to derive from drilling down into it?" If you know the answers to those you can narrow down the parameters of your search by a considerable degree.

Jennifer, the top players in BI are more or less what one would expect: IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, who, between the four of them, own about two thirds of the BI market, which Gartner values around $6 billion.
