Pyramid Management Group Selects Yardi Voyager Accounting Software

Pyramid Management Group Inc., a commercial real estate developer, sought out an accounting software platform to manage the finances of the business and selected a solution from Yardi Voyager. In a statement, Yardi officials highlighted that they would work with Pyramid Management Group to ensure they could easily engineer the accounting software platform to maximize its potential.

Prior to this selection, Pyramid had relied on a number of financial and operational accounting systems, yet seemed to lack the efficiency the company desired in its processes. In selecting the Yardi Voyager accounting software platform, the real estate developer was able to adopt a platform that converged all accounting, escalation, billing budgeting, percentage rent processing and forecasting functions.

With this implementation, Pyramid expects to find efficiencies and new ways of streamlining business processes. By introducing Yardi Voyager accounting software to the company’s back office operations, Pyramid was able to eliminate multiple business application platforms. The company also has the option to select and add products from the Yardi Commercial Suite to automate a number of front office business functions, such as online leasing and customer relationship management.

Yardi’s Professional Services Group will provide full-service implementation for the accounting software solution. By gaining an understanding of Pyramid’s business processes, Yardi will enable the commercial real estate company to realize all of the benefits offered in the solution, while also customizing its settings according to the company’s unique environment.

This accounting software solution will also scale as Pyramid grows, allowing the company to standardize operations on the platform to operate more efficiently across the entire organization. This will enable Pyramid to derive more value from the accounting software solution for a rapid Return on Investment.
