Apparound CPQ is a Configure Price Quote solution built to help your sales force manage and automate quotations, orders, contracts and product catalogs. The app also includes additional tools for sales performance motivation and tracking. Apparound CPQ guides any sales agent step by step through the sales process to find the best combination of products and options for the customer.
Agents can visually demonstrate complex products from different angles, compare numerous product combinations in the catalog, access the most up-to-date product and price information and even share digital brochures with customers via email. Once offers have been accepted, sales agents can automatically generate legal contracts that include specific terms, product information, media and other content, as well as get contracts signed with built-in e-signature technology. Lastly, Apparound’s real-time sales performance analytics can be accessed by both field and office staff, with KPIs presented through visual graphs, charts and reports.
