Are there good alternatives to Remedy for trouble-ticketing solutions in large companies?
We switched from Remedy to OTRS (http://www.otrs.com/en/).
There are many help desk systems out there, but if you're using Remedy my guess is you're expecting a rich set of features and OTRS has that in my experience. There are plenty of large companies using it.
We started with and still use the free open source version, but in a larger company I'd be inclined to take out a support service contract. They offer a hosted solution as well.

I think you can try with C-Desk.. Lots of features along with trouble ticket solution. www.cdesk.in
