Depending on the size of the organization you are looking at, Blue Link Elite is a very good ERP solution for small to mid sized companies. Blue Link has both cloud and on-premise options.
Netsuite is one of the companies making a name for itself marketing a completely cloud-based ERP suite. Also, just about all the variants on Microsoft Dynamics can now be delivered via the internet, and those are always worth looking at regardless of your industry. If you're in discrete or process manufacturing though you might be better served by a specialized system like Plex.
Rootstock is emerging as a proven, comprehensive ERP package delivered on the SFDC platform. It deserves consideration for any manufacturer desiring a complete solution.
SAP Business ByDesign. The only real big vendor to develop a new ERP package from the ground up. Netsuite started as Netledger doing financials and then added along the way. Nothing wrong with that, its just more incremental than what SAP did which was a major new offering with a complete design funded by a strong engineering company with deep, deep pockets.
