please describe what type of professional services you offer.

Some service companies I have as clients need the following:
process to track service calls and knowledge base at the ready to help trouble shoot calls like this
track service equipment, it's location, it's history, it's warranty etc.
service teams who drive and have to service equipment and sell other services while there. Like an AC?Heat company

so you see it's hard to figure out your needs unless we know what type of service you provide.
