Why would you choose cloud-based crm over traditional solutions?
I'm using a cloud based CRM solution ( http://www.webcrm.com/uk/ ), because I want to be able to access my orders' info from any working web browser or from my phone. I think that won't be possible with on-premise solution, or maybe it will require web interface or portal as a feature.
As www.bpmonline.us demonstrated, cloud based CRM allows for the users to work in the most innovative and engaging tool, while not disrupting / adding additional costs. Of course connectivity and accessibility only add value.
