The project management module has an online project folder where all of the files, timelines, communications and tasks are stored and can be shared and managed at any time. From there, users can assign or change team members to different projects based on their position or roles. The software also updates project timelines in real time to give users up-to-date visibility for stakeholders. Finally, the platform lets users approve each step of the project so that each department head gets to review it prior to moving forward with the next stage of development.
