About AccelerationATS

AccelerationATS is a recruiting software solution that allows corporate recruiters to provide a consistent experience throughout the hiring cycle. After users create a job posting, the program can send it to multiple online boards, collect all resumes, rank applications based on fit and parse all resume data into easily understandable summary profiles.

Upon identifying qualified candidates, users can schedule interviews and perform screenings and assessments. The system can additionally assist with onboarding by providing tax credits to companies that hire people who face significant employment barriers, and users have the option of taking resumes sent in by staffing agencies. Lastly, the platform can send out email alerts in response to user-defined events.
