Aplos Accounting is a simple, online non-profit accounting solution designed for non-accountants to perform real fund accounting. From the beginning, the Aplos team can help setup the user’s accounts, train users and import all existing contacts as a part of their free support. From there, the program can be used to track expenses and donations, create a custom chart of accounts, generate reports and track donors and vendors.
Organizations can also manage their budget, create invoices, print checks, track payables and import their transactions direct from their bank for faster bookkeeping. Additionally, the platform also includes the ability to accept donations online using a secure donation webpage and an optional module to track donations and create contribution statements.
