Aria Crescendo is a SaaS-based subscription billing software solution that automates key pieces of the subscriber relationship, including customer acquisition, service activation, usage tracking, pricing and discounting, billing and payments, dunning, event notification, channel management and customer care. The system acts as a hub to manage multiple pricing models, products/services and sales channels.

The software provides pre-built connectors with core systems such as Salesforce.com and NetSuite; electronic payment gateways, such as First Data and PayPal; and tax engines, including Avalara, BillSoft, Sabrix and Vertex. The platform’s APIs integrate with key enterprise applications such as accounting, CRM, business intelligence, ERP and HR systems.
