About Clockify

Clockify is time tracking and project management software that offers full functionality without limitation, provides users with a real-time efficiency tracking functionality, and is equipped with time tracking reminders designed to notify team members when or if they’ve tracked less than the target number of hours. The platform allows users to add time spent on projects or tasks after-the-fact, allows users to create time tracking triggers based on user-defined applications or keywords, and is built with an offline mode designed to track time without a network connection.

The software allows users to set hourly rates in order to record billable hours spent on projects, export data to multiple formats including PDF, CSV and XLS, and is equipped with a dashboard that provides users with detailed activity summaries and team visibility. Additionally, the platform enables users to create project time estimates as well as compare estimates to actual time spent, is designed to allow users to break tasks down into sub-projects and detailed lists, and is equipped with a project archive functionality that hides older projects while preserving their data for future reference.
