One of the reasons why I switched from Dapulse to Bitrix24 (other than it’s 100% free and I am a cheapo) is Gantt chart. What they are missing is that the true value of Gantt chart lies in DEPENDENCIES, not time line view. Yes, I get it, they and so many others (Trello, Asana) are taking a view that the problem with project management tools is that they are too damn complicated. So, Dapulse solution is to go simple, go visual. But this gets you only so far. Projects of medium complexity absolutely require professional PM tools. You absolutely have to have Gantt. You absolutely have to have dependencies. You absolutely have to have resource tracking. Otherwise, you’ll keep losing users to Bitrix24, Wrike and other ‘unsexy’ tools.
