About Dropbox Business

Dropbox Business is enterprise content management software that provides users a centralized data repository that enables the storage and sharing of corporate documents and files. The platform offers flexible storage plans in order to meet the storage and sharing needs of any organization, is equipped with file and version recovery functionalities, and allows users to identify or assign a team folder manager in order to better manage file visibility, system control and synchronization processes.

The software enables users to share files through password-protected links as well as links set with expiration dates in order to grant temporary file access permissions. Additionally, the platform provides users with an admin dashboard that enables users to monitor team activity, view all connected devices and audit sharing activities, allows users to transfer relevant files when responsibilities shift from one team member to another, and is equipped with remote wipe functionality in order to ensure that all sensitive data and documents are erased from lost or stolen devices.
