EmployeeConnect is human resources software that supplies businesses with a core company directly which stores all employee data and records for both permanent employees and contract workers. The platform also allows employees to submit leave of absence requests and payslips online.

The software provides businesses an employee self service portal that allows employees to enter or update personal data including biographical information, medical history and emergency contacts, and time-sheet and attendance.
