During the interviewing phase, the system can track all applicant progress, provide a collaborative feedback space for workers and add notes and tags to candidate profiles. The product can take care of all email communications with applicants, and users can send out scripted messages from a library of templates. Lastly, eRecruiter can track the source of each application.
