About gijig

gijig is a subscription billing Salesforce app that provides users with customized control over multiple billing processes including credit card transactions, automated recurring subscription bills, full or partial refunds, and automated rollover to backup credit card processes. The platform equips users with a customer portal that enables customers to manage and update credit card information, automatically emails receipts, and allows users to set rules for notifying customers when credit cards are set to expire.

The software provides users with a customizable email system, and is a configurable system designed to enable users to match existing workflows, business processes and rules. Additionally, the platform enables users to include transaction data into Salesforce in order to generate insights into customer and product data, as well as allows users to combine cash flow trends and forecasts with specific customer segments or trends in order to create business insights and visibility into company productivity.
