StartDate is a recruiting software solution that helps simplify the entire recruitment process. After users post job ads on online boards and social media pages, applicants can upload their resumes into the program’s database. From there, users can rank applicants based on fit, send out screener questions and initiate email conversations.

For unqualified candidates, the system can note reasons for their rejections in the case they apply for more positions in the future. Qualified applicants can then be brought in to interview, and users can share notes on each person who comes in. Lastly, the platform can source future openings to the resume database to find potential good fits.
