TrackSmart Attendance is HR software that enables users to track employee time and attendance, as well as tracks attendance events such as sick days, vacation days or jury duty. The platform enables HR managers to manage time-off requests, approve timesheets, generate reports, and store employee records.

The software provides users with a centralized calendar for quick assessment and views of all employee time off and any other key dates in order to avoid potential scheduling conflicts, includes quick links to common tasks and updates within the calendar, and enables employees to submit time-off requests and submit timesheets for approval. Additionally, the platform sends HR managers email notifications of any employee submitted requests, works to prevent understaffing, and is equipped with an accruals feature that enables users to set-up custom paid time off plans and structures.
