Communication Middleware is a hospitality management software solution that works with Call Plus to manage guest and company phones at hotels. When guests come to check in at a hotel, users can assign their names to the phones in guests’ designated rooms.
As incoming calls arrive, the program can greet callers, take their information and direct them to the appropriate parties. In the event that the recipient is busy, the system can insert the caller into a queue. Housekeeping staff can also use the product by signaling their cleaning locations and tallying guests’ minibar tabs from guest phones. Lastly, the platform can integrate with a number of third party platforms to expand its functionality.
