RoomKeyPMS is a hotel management software solution that seamlessly handles all operations with guests. Customers can easily go online and book reservations through a hotel website or travel agency, such as Priceline and Hotwire. Once the reservation is completed, the program sends out confirmations and tracks the guest’s customer history with the hotel.

During stays, guests can check in, check out and request additional services as needed. Meanwhile, while hotel operations run, the system monitors all asset performance, sales trends and other miscellaneous statistics.
