About SBN

SBN is a business process software package that covers most of the technology needs of large and small security businesses. The platform works with companies whether they primarily offer installation, operate in wholesale monitoring or require a full system integration service.

This package has several different modules integrated with its security system. First, the Cloud feature allows operators to monitor and respond to alarms and video security checks all on the cloud. The SBN Safe & Secure feature acts as a mobile safety application for your smartphone to alert operation centers of any emergency at your current location. SBN Access is a module included in the system that gives field service personnel access to your central databases to provide customer account information and access to alarm logs. Lastly, SBN Complete comes with a marketing module, purchasing inventory module and scheduling and billing module to create a complete suite of business services on one platform.
