Polldaddy
Polldaddy is an online survey solution that allows users to quickly create and edit surveys. Users can add up to 14 types of questions to their surveys, customize their survey style sheets and employ question branching as needed. After distributing surveys to an email list, the system can create filters for response data and export responses as a number of different file types.
