NetSuite Pricing 2026: License, Modules, User Costs and Hidden Fees

The short answer

Oracle publishes no NetSuite price list — every deal is negotiated — so the only honest pricing guide is one built from many independent sources. Here is where they agree.

  • The structure: base platform fee + per-user licenses + modules + service tier, sold as an annual subscription.
  • The numbers: base platform from ~US$999/month (mid-market editions ~$2,500, enterprise ~$5,000+); full users $99–199/month, most current quotes at $125–129 after Oracle’s 2025 list increase; most modules $500–1,500/month. (base, user and module ranges aggregated from 12 partner-published pricing guides, checked 8 August 2026)
  • The best single anchor: the median recorded NetSuite purchase is US$74,817/year across 1,495 transactions (Vendr, February 2026) — observed deal data, not a partner estimate.
  • What to negotiate: new deals close 20–40% off list (observed average saving: 16%); renewal uplifts run 5–10%/year standard with documented spikes far higher — cap them at 3–5% in writing before signing.
  • Scale check: implementation adds 1–3× the annual license on top — see our NetSuite implementation cost guide.

The price components

Component Consensus range (US$/month) Sources agreeing
Base platform (Starter edition) $999–$1,500 6 partner guides
Base platform (Mid-Market edition) ~$2,500 4
Base platform (Enterprise edition) $5,000+ 4
Full user $99–$199; modal $125–$129 7 (one source still cites $90–$100)
Self-service / employee user $10–$25 4
Typical functional module $500–$1,500 5
WMS module $1,000–$2,000 3
SuiteCommerce (Standard / Advanced) ~$2,000–3,500 / ~$4,000–6,000 4
OneWorld (multi-entity) ~$1,000 module; +$500–$1,000 per added subsidiary 2 (subsidiary figure: single source)

Our call: two partners independently report Oracle lifted the full-user list price from ~$99 to ~$129 in 2025 — if your quote still shows $99–$110, that is a discount position, not list, and worth locking into a multi-year term.

What buyers actually pay per year

Company size Annual license (consensus) Observed transaction data (Vendr, Feb 2026)
Small (10–25 users) $25,000–$50,000 $30,000–$75,000
Mid-market (25–100 users) $60,000–$250,000 $75,000–$250,000; median $74,817
100+ users $250,000+ $250,000–$1M+

Our call: anchor your budget on the observed median, not the partner brackets — deal data beats estimates.

Service tiers and the capacity trap

  • Four service tiers (Standard / Premium / Enterprise / Ultimate) gate users, storage and monthly transaction lines — Standard caps at 100 users; Premium at 1,000 and includes a sandbox. Tier prices are published nowhere we could verify.
  • The trap is at renewal: one documented case saw a 27-user company at $46,000/year pushed into a premium tier, jumping the renewal to $164,000 (IntelTech, February 2026).
  • Our call: get your transaction-line growth projected before signing, and write the tier-upgrade price into the contract.

Discounts and renewals: the negotiation benchmarks

  • New deals: mid-market closes at 20–40% off list per licensing advisors; observed average saving across 1,495 recorded deals is 16% (Vendr). First offers typically start at 10–20% off.
  • Renewal uplift: 5–10%/year is standard; advisors document spikes of 15–30% and worse. First-year discounts “snap back” at renewal if uncapped.
  • The cap: negotiate a written 3–5% annual increase ceiling, ideally on a multi-year term. Longer commitments (3–5 years) price substantially better.
  • Timing: Oracle’s fiscal year ends 31 May — February to May quotes are consistently the most aggressive.

Integration platform (e.g. Celigo) Observed median $14,787/yr (n=253, Vendr)

Features re-priced at renewal Documented $10,000–$20,000/yr line items for formerly-included capability

HOW WE RESEARCHED THIS

Oracle publishes no NetSuite pricing, and netsuite.com pages we fetched on 8 August 2026 contain no NetSuite-specific dollar figures. This page aggregates 12+ partner-published pricing guides (each dated between May 2025 and August 2026 and named in the source lines), licensing-negotiation advisories, and observed transaction data from Vendr (updated February 2026, 1,495 recorded purchases). Where sources disagree we show the spread rather than picking a number. Consensus lines state how many sources agree. NetSuite did not sponsor or review this page. Frequently asked questions

How much does NetSuite cost per month?

From roughly US$2,300/month all-in at the small end (base platform ~$999 plus ten users at ~$129), scaling with users, modules and service tier. The median recorded annual contract is $74,817 (Vendr, February 2026).

Why doesn’t NetSuite publish pricing?

Every contract is negotiated — Oracle prices to company size, module mix and how well you negotiate. That is also why first quotes are rarely final: observed deals close at meaningful discounts to list.

What is the cheapest way to buy NetSuite?

SuiteSuccess Starter edition (aimed at 2–10 users, ~$999–$1,500/month base per partner guides), annual-upfront payment, a multi-year term, and a quote negotiated in Oracle’s fiscal Q4 (February–May). Skip modules you can add later; they price the same but you avoid paying before you use them.

What should I watch at renewal?

Three documented patterns: first-year discounts reverting to list, standard 5–10% annual uplifts compounding, and service-tier upgrades forced by transaction growth. All three are negotiable before you sign and difficult after.
