If you're looking at those two, then I assume that you're a smaller business with a few users, and your CRM needs mostly involve pure contact management with a little project management? If so, then I think you're on the right track.
Sage 50 and QuickBooks aren't online solutions, and they're probably a couple of the most well known solutions for small businesses. However, they have a TON of features, so if your needs are simple, then they might not be the best solution for you.
Insightly is pretty popular for small businesses. It also includes project management, and it's only $29 per month for up to 6 users.
How do you mean? A solution that integrates with an Amazon seller account?
Tally ERP also has multi company capabilities. Of course, the right system for you would depend on what your needs are. Can you tell us more about what else you need from your ERP system?
Wave Accounting might be a good option as well, but I don't know the details on what their import ability is. It's free, though, so there's not much to lose.
Arc has done CMS for professional services, and their feature set seems pretty straightforward.
Unfortunately, I think a lot of accounting systems are moving towards automating transactions between the store and your bank accounts. If you're a really small business, then probably Quicken will meet your needs just fine, especially if you plan on doing everything on a cash basis.
I use Base CRM because their app is really well done and they have a free version that's great for a single user who doesn't need to track hundreds of deals.
I would say that it's best to know what your ERP system is before committing to an ECM solution. While most ECM should be able to integrate with your ERP, you don't want to run the risk of getting things set up and then realizing that you don't have a ...
You would need to contact Oracle to get started with RightNow. They're offering a pilot program that you can sign up for here: http://www.oracle.com/us/rightnow-pilot-cif-1725551.html

It kind of depends on which version of QuickBooks you're referring to. QuickBooks Online isn't the same product as QuickBooks Enterprise, which in turn isn't the same as QuickBooks Pro. Are you currently using QuickBooks? Which version?
CommitCRM is supposedly built with QuickBooks in mind, so it could be a good option as well.
I know Base CRM has unlimited leads and deals, and their pricing seems fairly low (starts at $15/user/month).
You can also search online for consultants who specialize in using QuickBooks Pro to manage rental properties.
It really all depends on what you're looking for. What kind of features do you need? How large is your company? Do you need something that's simple and easy to use, or will you have an accountant who's managing everything, so a more robust solution would be in order?
I think online accounting software is best for small companies because the monthly rates tend to be pretty affordable, and you can access it from any computer. Wave is a pretty good solution (it's also free), and they have free payroll and invoicing too.
There's also Really Simple Systems, which was built to be as simple a CRM as possible.
I'm partial to Freshbooks. It's not free, but it integrates with a lot of other services.
