CAFM Explorer Property Management Software helps facility managers collect and store a large amount of information about one or several properties, including lease, rent, and health and safety information. Users can keep a record of lifetime building costs and monitor the condition of buildings to plan maintenance, and the software features a document storage center where documents such as contracts and lease agreements can be easily accessed. CAFM Explorer Property Management Software is part of the CAFM Explorer Facilities Software Suite, which also features a Reporting Dashboard, Web and Mobile applications, and software for Asset Tracking, Cost Control, Help Desk, Planned Maintenance, KPI Reporting, Room Booking, Space Management, Work Order, and Work Planner.
CAFM Explorer is developed by FMx, which is based in the United Kingdom and was founded in 1999. FMx was recently purchased by the Idox Group and CAFM Explorer will form part of the McLaren Software portfolio of facility solutions.
