    Software functions great. Customer service is not so good. Long waits for return phone calls and emails. Empossiible to reach on phone. Lots of promises on functionality but when it comes down to it employees either don’t know or are not eager to explain. At seminars they tell you the software does everything but when I call it seems everything I need it to do is not possible. I found one employee (Rick) who helps me for most of our needs. I rate him 5 stars but customer service very poor otherwise. I pay $800 year for support and they act like they are doing me a favor when I call for support. Software is solid. iPad app is cool. Automated check in is cool. I have used software for 5 years and it has saved me so much time and headache. From what I have seen, best product on market. I have been disappointed because I like to do business with company’s that have customer service. With this type of product you are stuck once you buy. I would have switched in my first year if it were not for getting through the learning curve and the high price tag.
