CVTracer Professional is a recruiting software solution that works for both recruiting agencies and corporate recruitment departments. After people apply for positions through a company’s online career portal, the program can create applicant profiles, set up schedules for recruitment-related activity and monitor all recruitment progress.

Between candidate meetings, users can send out email messages and share files with other company workers. Once an applicant is selected for a position, the system can shuffle all other considered candidates into an online database and suggest other relevant open positions for them. All candidate-related activity is logged in audit trails, and users can search through files, notes and resumes for specific keywords.
