About ePAC Web Request
ePAC Web Request is CMMS and facility maintenance software that lets you send maintenance requests to your maintenance staff and/or contractors. After you send a request, the program automatically messages the staff members via e-mail of any updates. Additionally, you can view your requests history by the staff member, and you can print out work orders when the requests are created.
